Hi all, The Alioth admins are aiming to shut down the service. https://alioth.debian.org/ Some Debian derivatives are using Alioth for mailing lists or apt repositories. The replacement for Alioth only provides git hosting, so you will need to move your mailing lists and apt repos elsewhere.
