Debian derivatives census: new mailing list: dex-census

Hi folks,

The cron job on lw08.d.o for the derivatives census now sends mail to
the new dex-census mailing list. If you would like to help out with the
census, please join the list. If you have any thoughts about the census
please do mention them here. Discussion of the census cron mails
themselves will happen on the new dex-census mailing list.

The documentation for the derivatives census scripts is here:

https://wiki.debian.org/Derivatives/Integration

The templates for mail to derivatives are located here:

https://wiki.debian.org/Derivatives/CensusQA

For now there will be one mail per day, which currently contains:

The changes needed to Planet Debian derivatives. Everyone can help out
by reviewing those changes by making sure the RSS feeds and logos are a
ppropriate. Folks who are Debian members can then commit those changes
to the Planet Debian SVN.

The warnings output by apt-get update and changes to the warnings
output by the patch generation process. Everyone can help out by
reviewing the warnings, checking if they were temporary network
glitches or not, updating the census wiki pages if need be and
contacting derivatives (CCing debian-derivatives).

The time taken for the cron job to run, most of that will be the
creation of new patches.

We'll add more output over time as we add more integration with the
Debian infrastructure as well as derivatives QA stuff. The next thing
I'd like to add is changes in warnings output by the check scripts.
