Debian derivatives census: Xanadu: welcome!

Hi Jesus,

I would like to welcome yourself and Xanadu to the Debian
derivatives census! Would you like to take this opportunity to introduce
yourself and Xanadu to us all?

http://wiki.debian.org/Derivatives/Census/xanadu

It would be great if you could join our mailing list (I see you are on IRC already):

http://wiki.debian.org/DerivativesFrontDesk

I would encourage you to look at Debian's guidelines for derivatives:

http://wiki.debian.org/Derivatives/Guidelines

You may want to look at our census QA page, some of the mails from there
may apply to Xanadu.

You don't appear to be subscribed to the Xanadu census page, I've
made a few changes:

There doesn't appear to be a Xanadu blog or a blog aggregator for
Xanadu developers. If these existed they would be syndicated on Planet
Debian derivatives and would help the Debian community find out the
things that are happening in Xanadu.

The Xanadu derivatives census page has no apt sources.list in it but the
github repo contains various repositories in the config/archives
directory. If these are used by Xanadu, please copy them to the wiki so
that our patch generation service (once it is back up) will
automatically generate patches of the changes between Xanadu and Debian.

Since Xanadu is based in Venezuela you might be interested in joining
the Debian Venezuela group.

This year the annual Debian conference is in Portland, OR, USA. It would
be great if developers from Xanadu could attend DebConf.

I would encourage any attendees to volunteer to ensure the continued the
success of the annual Debian conference, here are some examples of
things that need helpers from last year.

I note that Xanadu is based on Debian unstable. A great way to help
ensure Debian unstable is working well is to install and run the
how-can-i-help tool and try to work on any issues that come up.

I note that Xanadu uses DebianLive, I would encourage you to
provide feedback and fixes to the live team.

I note that Xanadu uses LXDE, I would encourage you to join the
Debian LXDE team.

I note that Xanadu has forensics tools, I would encourage you to join the
Debian forensics team.

Please feel free to circulate this mail to other Xanadu folks.
