As I wrote, MASTER comes from the irc.debian.org chanserv, so if you are
using that, its not so unusual. As it doesn't matter much and came up
not just once, its now changed to Owner.

After having create/drop I wouldn't expect that, but it makes it clearer
that they only work on packages, so changed. But actually supporting
lazyness, its _pkg, instead of _package...
