Almost an oxymoron, hm? Integrated, yet specialized ... It has a
certain appeal. But it doesn't quite flow off the tongue, somehow ...

I racked my brains all of the way to work. My head was full of
adjectives but I kept tripping over the noun. The only thought that
stuck was the prefix "con-" or "co-". By the time I arrived, two
thoughts came, one after the other. The first is somewhat whimsical:

Debian Condominium - because we all live separately, but in one
                     structure

The second uses a different sort of wordplay than DIS -> DISh that is a
bit more subtle. We stand the original acronym CDD on its head:

Custom Debian Distribution (CDD)

          becomes

Debian Custom Contribution (DCC)

It has been observed before that "custom" paired with "distribution" is
problematic because it suggests starting with Debian and ending up with
something different, a fork. But replace the outward-moving "dis-"
with the inward-moving "con-" and flip the words around and everything
is set right again! We customize, but everything is given back --
contributed -- to Debian.

This second suggestion is the best I have been able to come up with so
far.
