No.
You provide above a broader definition (by adding a quite important
parantheses). But that definition is yours, not that of this list.
"custom Debian distribution" is any distribution made out of Debian.
Adding your paratheses makes it a "custom Debian-derived distribution".
The topic of this list is "custom Debian distributions" with no added
parantheses.
And yes, I support changing the name to avoid this repeated discussion.
