If the namespace is debian-custom@lists.debian.org, and I think that's a
good suggestion, then a "debian-custom" tag is entirely redundant.
Surely we can come up with something more descriptive.

You have said a number of these bugs are "relevant to debian-custom".
In what way are they relevant?  Can you suggest a tag (or some tags, if
you can think of more than one) that would be descriptive of the reason
we're interested in the bug?

For example, your sample bug, 323262, relates particularly to thin
clients, something which is of general interest to some, but not all,
debian-custom members.  Thus, you might tag it "thin-client".  Another
bug might relate to live CDs, and therefore you might tag it "live-cd".
Still another bug might relate to enabling pre-seeding, and therefore be
tagged "pre-seeding".
