Try the highest building available with an openable window,
though you'd need to fence off a sufficiently large bit of landing
zone. It's called defenestration.

So's that. It's also ultimately more satisfying IMHO, but then my

Better yet: just vim, and pr if you really must have page
numbers. Anything else fails the White Chalk Test.

But I agree that people seem to be more impressed by
the quality of the printing than that of the content, and
that some of said people do annoying things like awarding
marks. And I confess that my first thought was "emacs
and LaTeX".
