P.P.S. Actually, I'm going to renew my Debian Developer membership (halted
after I found out someone was ALREADY (the gall!) packaging xgospel (no,
not the "goxpel" according to some dead guy, a program to play Go)) and package
GVI, a program to support Condorcet voting.
P.P.P.S. For a "crude hack" website (NOT BY ME!) on condorcet voting, and how
it's mathematically defensible (Tcl/Tk? Instead of Perl? Strictly unconsiosable) and how the
U.S. System (winner-takes-broadsides) is not... try....
