The image is newer than the text. I will update the text sometime.

Two of the developers live in the same place, so they only get one circle.
The list does not show nationality, developers are listed by the country they
selected in db.debian.org, so it is not possible to show Irish people abroad.

There is no written policy of not releasing developers longitude and latitude,
db.debian.org will only tell you them if you are a developer, and until that
changes i will continue to respect it.

People have talked about the option of adding a "anonymous" tick box, this
seems to me to be more effort than it is worth. If somebody added it, I would
support it.
