Unfortunately it makes it even worse, this is just adding some
(non-binding) expectations to a paragraph that now starts with
This decision is limited to selecting a default initsystem
for jessie
I would still read the paragraphs starting with "Software" as
implicitely being covered by the (now twice) "in/for jessie"
that is there previously.
Please add some kind of either "For jessie and later releases, "
or "For jessie, " to the "Software" paragraphs to make it clear.
