Hi Ian,
I know that you are a respected Debian developer, but who are you to decide
alone what kind of software which may be dropped from the archive? (I'm refering to …I would prefer to drop Gnome…).
Also, as far as I know Debian cares a lot about its users, who, according to popcon, seem to
appreciate GNOME. Don't you care about them? Are you a proponent of a caste system in Debian,
where all project that don't follow your precepts and vision risk to be kicked outside of Debian?
As you have been pretty harsh against people maintaining those, again according to your precepts,
second zone projects in Debian, please permit me to be as well, and let me tell you that you're a
tiny despot, and you look worse than people you're trying to fight against!
