      * Centralized service startup and monitoring 
      * timedated/hostnamed/… 
      * D-Bus API for service control 
      * Transparent virtual environment support 
      * Watchdog 
      * Initramfs support 
      * Introspection and debugging 
      * Configuration-less system 
      * User sessions

I’m curious as to what features you consider not relevant for Debian.
