Firstly, we don't have to trust Lennart, we have to trust the team
working on systemd. I believe there to be a distinction there, and I do
trust that team won't break all the systemdistros to get their jollies.

Secondly, systemd is free software. If and when systemd diverges from
what we need it to do, we can consider a fork. I don't want a fork, and
I'm willing to bet the systemd folks won't either. It's not like we're
locked into whatever Lennart decides.
