Or at least, only those who you would rank above FD.
With this clarification, what Ian proposed originally is acceptable to
me.
[My reading comprehension of the constitution and of Ian's original mail
was pretty dismal today; only after reading your reply did I realize
that Ian meant that CTTE members would be proposing nominees, not the
public in general.]
