Yes. Checking for dependencies is the right thing to do. Beyond
dependencies, another source of architecture-dependence can come from
maintainer scripts. The presence of maintainer scripts is the reason
that the multiarch hinter does not flag frogdata. However, the
maintainer scripts are only removing old conffiles. That's not
architecture-specific in any way.

Thanks for the confirmation. I've filed bug reports + salsa commits for all packages that I asked for reviews yet.
