Re: crosstoolchain migration to Salsa

Thanks for the list. I'm explicitly Cc-ing everybody you mentioned. I
just did this for ALL crosstoolchain repos:

- moved all the repositories to salsa

- disabled all the repositories on alioth

- updated all Vcs-... tags in debian/control to the new path; only did
  this for repos that have a debian/control

The new paths for project $p are

  https://salsa.debian.org/crosstoolchain-team/$p for a human-viewable
  interface

  https://salsa.debian.org/crosstoolchain-team/$p.git for a git-readable
  repo

  git@salsa.debian.org:crosstoolchain-team/$p.git for a
  git-readable/writeable repo

All the repos are visible here:

  https://salsa.debian.org/crosstoolchain-team/

This all needed to happen anyway, since alioth is going away in the near
future.
