crosstoolchain migration to Salsa

Hi. We have a number of repos that live here:

  gcc-6.git
  gcc-8.git

  cross-gcc-standalone.git
  cross-support.git
  device-tree-compiler.git
  gcc-5.git
  gcc-7.git
  gcc-cross-support.git
  mspdebug.git

This all needs to be migrated from Alioth to Salsa. Migration document:

Is anybody planning on migrating any of these? If not, I'm going to move
over all of them, and disable the old repos. And send an email here when
I'm done.
