so what? the bug is fixed and closed, gcc-5 built. I'll probably better need 4.8 
and 4.9 updates as well update to the committed isl-0.15 backport.

right, but then again, why mentioning the rebootstrap at all?

you could even use a cross toolchain provided in the archive, to get untangled 
by issues like these.
