EC2 and Azure updates to the standard images are complete, so this issue
is fixed globally in the standard Debian 11 images.

The -backports variants, which contain the backported linux-6.1 kernel
packages, are not yet updated because of the image build issue
previously mentioned. We'll publish updates to those images as soon as
#1109891 is resolved, which will happen with the next linux-6.1 package
update.
