Um, citation needed. It's unclear to me how the listmasters would
enforce such a prohibition, such as ejecting f2fs-tools and
btrfs-progs from the Archive because it violates their ban. Last I
checked, this isn't within the scope of their authorities.
IMHO, if they want to make this a Thing, it needs to be promulgated in
a Debian Policy document, and not be a silent prohibition.

Well, I don't use btrfs or f2fs, so if these userspace utilities are
ejected from the archive, I'll just sit back and watch while I have
some popcorn....
