I'm not sure if it is related to the Bookworm release, but it seems that no images have been published since 31 May. Looking at:

https://cdimage.debian.org/images/cloud/bookworm/

Latest daily build is 2023-06-09.

(Spot the guy keen to add Bookworm images to his public cloud)
