Yeah. SPI needs to hold the contract with the vendor. So sign it
somwhow.

Well. Last time SPI called problems with non-board members to just do
stuff. See SPI#3574 and the parts of the discussion I haven't seen.
For Debian the question is: should the Cloud team handle it, as it does
with AWS and Azure at least. Or should we invent a new structure just
for it?
