Bug#983691: supporting official lxd images instead?

Hi,

I took a deeper look at this.

One one hand, it's not difficult to provide additional Vagrant images
for lxd.

On the other hand, there's a MR and an issue on vagrant-lxd to add
support for using lxd images directly.

So maybe the most logical path forward would be to maintain official lxd
images. (there are already Debian images maintained on
linuxcontainers.org).
