Dear Maintainer,

Please consider packaging version 2.0.x of the AWS CLI.

It contains a few crucial new features that aren't available in version 1.x.

Note that v2 is maintained in a separate branch: https://github.com/aws/aws-
cli/tree/v2
Perhaps these can also be packaged in parallel.
