That you for your interest in Debian and Vagrant Boxes.
I read you mail it details, and it seems that you have rather a problem
with the debian installer, rather than with the existing Debian boxes.

If you want to have a debian sid system in Vagrant, you should use one
of the testing boxes available here:
https://app.vagrantup.com/debian/boxes/testing64
https://app.vagrantup.com/debian/boxes/contrib-testing64
and update the system to debian sid with apt.

AFAIK sid is a quick moving target and is never guaranteed to have a
working installer.
