[ documenting it here to keep track of pending stuff ]

We should add under http://www.debian.org/distrib/ a new section listing
available cloud options.

In the medium term, the per-cloud (sub)pages there would also be the right
places where to document image checksums and authoritative IDs (e.g. AMI IDs).

Note that there is a pending related bug report (with patch) as part of
#686819. It might be wise to review/apply that before digging into a new patch
for this one.

Cheers.
