Re: AWS AMI entry for ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) missing from Stretch AMI page

Thanks for the quick turnaround on getting the images into ap-southeast-2 Noah, wasn't expecting it that fast :)

Hi folks, not sure who the current AMI maintainer is, but:

ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) is missing from the listing - searching AMIs by
account number show that the region was getting this AMI from the previous
build 2019-05014 and earlier.
There was a problem with the CopyImage EC2 API in ap-southeast-2 when
the images were originally supposed to get copied into that region. I've
manually re-run the copy job, and they are there now. The AMIs are:

amd64: ami-0776bf2e6645ef887
arm64: ami-00781f5d2e3a6d2ab

I am updating the wiki now.

Also missing from this list are the three Chinese regions, but I don't know
if there are other issues there. Those are new regions, though, whereas
ap-southeast-2 is fairly old :)
Yeah, the Chinese regions are somewhat special. US GovCloud regions are
special as well. We've got a new account structure that we'll be using
for buster, and hopefully that will help us get into these other
regions.
