Hey!

The template provided for /etc/apt/sources.list is incorrect for
backports. It uses backports.debian.org instead of a regular
mirror. There is a redirect to HTTPS that doesn't work without
apt-transport-https and backports.debian.org doesn't have the right
sources.

A stable update for the next release would be great. cloud-init in
unstable doesn't have this problem.
