Looks good, but my Q stands what about 'Debian Cloud Team', I'm asking as it's
slightly annoys me that we have 2, so I'd propose to remove the former and
would be willing to do the work but I have no clue how to do it any hints?

Fine with me, I was actually looking into doing this my self to avoid
cloud-init removal.
