Yes, at this point the dates are set. Although the meeting space *may* change. I'm trying to find meeting space closer to the main campus in Redmond, but right now this is what is available.

There are a number of hotels near downtown Bellevue. Yeah, the ones a bit outside of the downtown area will be less expensive :) Here are some options:
