Hello cloud team,

Would it be possible to start uploading official Debian images for
the libvirt provider to atlas.hashicorp.com?

It is already possible to convert the Vagrant Virtualbox images to qcow2
format and to then simply repackage and upload them, but it may be
preferable to remove the virtualbox packages that are installed.

If there's a build system for these images that I need to submit patches
against, please point me in the right direction.

Thanks!
