Patches for bootstrap-vz for Ec2 commited
https://github.com/JamesBromberger/bootstrap-vz [1]; this uses the
backported versions of cloud-inti and cloud-utils - which is what we
have done previously when we've had to get the EC2 images booting
(back int he squeeze days).

This has successfully resized for me on boot (ona micro)! SSH
generated the ssh_host_ed25519_key as well. Welcome some testing if
anyone has time. Please don't rely on this AMI just yet - there may be
other issues we want to resolve now we have the bigger ones (not
resizing root, not created ED25519 keys). But I'd like to get this out
around the Regions by this weekend (and then into Marketplace) unless
we have some major issues.
