Bug#744822: cloud-initramfs-growroot: fails to resize root if using by-uuid symlink

Dear Maintainer,

In /usr/share/initramfs-tools/scripts/local-bottom/growroot , growroot
use readlink -f to get a canonicalize path to the root device.

readlink -f is not supported by the busybox readlink and fails.

We need to put a fully functional copy of readlink within the initrd.
