Updated 7.3 AMIs: Cloud-init now fast, unneeded modules removed, build-debian-cloud updated

Hello all,

I have done some more patches to build-debian-cloud (pull req with
Anders), and the new AMIs now boot much faster than what we saw for 7.2
and don't try and check for modules for which we don't want. So the list
of AMIs in this signed message is:

Bits, 32 bit, 64 bit
- -----------------------
US-East-1, ami-33a68f5a, ami-0da18864
US-West-1, ami-8ebd8dcb, ami-96bd8dd3
US-West-2, ami-6a98fc5a, ami-7298fc42
EU-West-1, ami-66836b11, ami-8e826af9
AP-Southeast-1, ami-28efbb7a, ami-20efbb72
AP-Southeast-2, ami-7774eb4d, ami-7b74eb41
AP-Northeast-1, ami-53a0c252, ami-17a0c216
SA-East-1, ami-8f4fee92, ami-954fee88

I think this is now looking pretty good, and I am happy for us to move
from the previous shell scripts to cloud-init. The flexibility of saying
from the UserData something like:

#cloud-config
ssh_authorized_keys:
 - ssh-rsa AAAAB.....
 - ssh-rsa AAAAB.....

I am seeing some issues with the cloud-init "packages:" (as per earlier
emails), but I think we'll fix those for the 7.4 release.

Unless anyone has any issues they find, I'll pass this across tot he AWS
Marketplace team. I'm going ot leave the 7.1a AMIs for a little longer
(pre cloud-init), but I intend to deprecate the 7.2 cloud-init AMIs....
but in order for this not to be lost I'll send through another email to
the list.

  James
