Bug#1121834: cinnamon: please replace transitional python3-tz dependency with python3-pytz

Hi,

This patch does not look that pretty.

I suggest you just replace python3-tz with python3-pytz
on the Debian side and call it a day.

There will be a new sweep before Forky release to see which python3-pytz
are extraneous at this moment.
