Hi, cinnamon (and related software including nemo) 6.6 is still in 
development (near to the beta FWIK), anyway before update them a new 
prerequisite package should be added in Debian (and can require time), 
for now is also blocked for a doubts about the license: 
https://github.com/xapp-project/xapp-symbolic-icons/issues/9

about other nemo extensions I don't have enough time, so I can consider 
only extension with big usage, if there is someone who offers to package 
other extensions, they could do it, you can eventually start opening an
