Bug#1121834: cinnamon: please replace transitional python3-tz dependency with python3-pytz

Dear maintainers,

python3-tz is now a dummy empty package that does nothing but pulling in python3-pytz

If "pytz" is not anymore used by cinnamon, please remove python3-tz from the dependencies.
If "pytz" is still used by cinnamon, please replace the python3-tz dependency with python3-pytz.
  If easy backporting to oldstable are needed, please consider the "python3-pytz | python3-tz" dependency.
