Bug#1115383: cinnamon: compatibility with GLib 2.86

No, [2] is good enough. [2] is the actual fix for cinnamon (only), but
[1] is wider (as it covers also extensions).

gnome-shell needed a rebuild because exposed it its own typelib file a
symbol that was previously exposed by `Gio` and that is now moved to
`GioUnix`, so without a rebuild, the typelib was still referring to `Gio`.

No rebuild needed. Confirmed.
