Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
trying to rename a few files after copies were made
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
trying to rename using the <F2> key, didn't work. Rename/delete options are
greyed out in the context menu.
   * What was the outcome of this action?
nothing happened.
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
being able to rename the file

Btw.:
- these functions did not work on an NFS mounted drive, but do work on the
other mounts (harddrives, SD-cards)
- renaming/deleting/copying works from the commandline, so it is not a
permission issue
