Hi.

Since 3.6, when clicking on the control centre icon in the
"Start menu" the control centre doesn't start anymore.

When starting it manually via terminal:
$ cinnamon-control-center

All the usual submenus are missing and only the hardware
section with:
Color, Display, Graphics Tablet and Network
is shown.

cinnamon-control-center has been sort of deprecated for a while now, and was replaced by cinnamon-settings (the components you mentioned are the ones that haven't been migrated to settings and the reason why cinnamon-control-center is still around). There was a bug in cinnamon-common 3.6.7-4, that broke cinnamon-settings, that was fixed in 3.6.7-5, that would explain why the launching the settings from the cinnamon menu didn't work.
I'm assuming this was the issue that you encountered and that the cinnamon-common upgrade will fix the issue for you. If I'm wrong, please reopen.
