Bug#883167: autopkgtest: autopkgtest-satdep.deb unpack fails on wheezy

Wheezy reached end of support by LTS recently, so I wonder if we
shouldn't mark this bug as done.

So far I (we) didn't take over this patch to not make the code use old
compression by default. This kind of legacy code does come with a price.
What do others think?
