autopkgtest-xenlvm: installation fails if hostname is not in DNS?

adt-virt-null works.
I have not setup adt-virt-xenlvm fully yet. It assumes it runs from dom0
and can use "xm" command to control a domU. I would much rather use two
domUs instead of playing in dom0.

The documentation is not that bad but I can't really say how well it
matches reality yet.

Hmm ok. I think I'll just try to get a working setup with xen and then
publish my git tree for you to look at.
