what is supposed to create /var/lib/autopkgtest/xenlvm?

Hi,

after workarounding the /etc/lsb-version issue I hit

$ adt-xenlvm-setup 
considering which distro to use ... using same distro as host: squeeze
with-lock-ex /usr/bin/adt-xenlvm-setup: /var/lib/autopkgtest/xenlvm/adt_squeeze.lock: No such file or directory

I looked around the code but could not figure out what is supposed to
create /var/lib/autopkgtest/xenlvm -- should the user do it manually?
