之前 bearscorp 在 ghostscript 5.50 試中文列印時曾表示
ghostscript 可以支援 double byte 的 ttf，只是支援程度不夠
完善。現在 ghostscript 已經出到 6.01 了，cwhuang 或許可以
找 bearscorp 一起試試看。
