A problem about xcin-2.5

There is an item "zh_CN.eucCN" in /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/locale/locale.dir,
so I add "zh_CN.GB2312        zh_CN.eucCN" into locale.alias under the
same directory and hope it will work. The "smapleIM" inside IMDKit
works, but xcin-2.5 doesn't until I make a copy of zh/ into zh_CN.GB2312
and add "zh_CN.GB2312/XLC_LOCALE        zh_CN.GB2312" into locale.dir. 
Then, xcin-2.5 doesn't accept the X locale alias?
Of course copy zh/ into zh_CN_GB2312/ is easy, but since X11R6 has
built-in locale zh_CN/eucCN, I hope we can just add an alias.
