ccf (Chinese Code Filter) packaged

Hi all,

(I think I'll forget to post this if I wait for the package to be
actually available, so I will post it now)

I've packaged 'ccf' for Potato, it is very useful if you need to do
conversion between Big5, GB, and HZ. It's very handy if you mainly use
Big5 but you sometimes receive GB and HZ mails.

If you want the DEB now, I can email it to you, otherwise you may need
to wait about 1 week for it to appear on the FTP server.
