FYI

把 Debian 短域名负责人屏蔽所有中国 IP 的回复邮件转发过来。

不是很认同这种做法。

不知道大家是否有好多建议解决问题？

yes, unfortunately I had so many dos-like requests from chinese IPs
that I didn't have any other choice then to ban them all :(
