不清楚你说什么。
自启动？ 是说让一个程序自动运行，在开机的时候？

可参考：

/etc/init.d
/etc/rcS.d

如果是X程序，请参考：

/etc/X11/Xsession.d/

中的脚本。

如果让某个服务自动运行，可用rcconf 程序设置。
