Handing in the Release Notes zh_CN translation

Hello, everyone!

I've finished update my version along with the en v1.53 one.

But unfortunately, I don't have a cvs account, and my friend Ling Li who 
used to help me to upload my translation to cvs isn't online. So could 
anyone please handle this new zh_CN version to the cvs?

AND Please inform me when it's done.
